KCAI offers scholarships, grants, payment plans and work opportunities for students. KCAI works with Tuition Management Systems, which can be accessed at www.afford.com.

Student Financial Aid
KCAI assists students and their families in making education financially accessible in a variety of ways. As a result, more than 90% of our students receive assistance from one or more financial sources including scholarships, grants and loans.

Student Financial Aid Application Process
Students seeking financial aid for college must apply each year by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form. For student financial aid in Missouri, you may apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov, or the paper version FAFSA form is available from most high school guidance counselors, public libraries and institutions of higher education or by contacting the KCAI financial aid office. The KCAI FAFSA code is 002473.

We recommend that you mail the college financial aid forms by March 15 to receive consideration for all forms of assistance, including KCAI scholarships. Assistance in completing the FAFSA is available from the KCAI financial aid office.

Your level of financial need is determined from the information provided on the FAFSA.
